In 2012 I ended up in direct sales. Since then I have worked at the largest sector independent direct sales company in Hungary. Over the years I have expanded my activities with leadership roles at different levels. My sales and leadership achievements have earned me several awards and recognitions. For example, I was in the top 3 best salespeople within the company for many years. In addition, I have mentored my team and trained other leaders with whom we also had many nominations and recognitions every year. It quickly became clear to me that sales, leadership and company culture are subjects that I am interested in and that I can carry out with passion.

That is why I also followed the HBO course in Management and Organizational Psychology and followed (further training) courses for Coaching, Leadership, Personal growth, Mindset, LEAN management and DISC and Drives among other things. For example, I have also been a certified DISC and Drives trainer for several years. Over the years I have worked as a trainer, consultant and salesperson in various sectors such as telecommunications, tourism, financial sector, automotive and production work. I am convinced that when someone learns to communicate and understands the underlying psychology, they can successfully sell the product or service, both quantitatively and qualitatively.
Since February 2021 I have started to realise my dream, I started working as an freelancer. My expertise is B2C sales, direct sales, personal sales, motivational leadership and creating a healthy and inspiring working environment.
